When you consider it, until the last 10 years the printing industry and most of its processes has been relatively unchanged for several generations. A lack of urgency and need for change has meant that the vast majority of printing operations are still running twentieth century businesses around outdated production rituals in a twenty first century digital world. Organisations now need to understand what can be achieved using technology - not how it can be achieved. Most organisations have no interest in printing equipment or technical issues they are only interested in new products, delivery mechanisms and end results which give them a demonstrable return on their investment. Agenda

  • Communication strategies and spend on print and marketing has been at best disjointed and in most cases out of control and unquantifiable.
  • The cost of design, print and distribution, represents a major opportunity to re-direct significant resource and cost efficiencies into front line services.
  • The majority of commercial and private sector organisations are not exploiting digital capabilities due to lack of knowledge, innertia and misconceptions about cost and complexity.
  • It is now a multi-channel world, love it or hate it and communicating with people in the ways they want to be communicated with will be the name of the game.
  • How is your organization going to respond to year on year demands for reduced run lengths, cost reduction and more relevant and targeted communications?
